At Cornerstone our monthly Shepherding Meeting gathers all who are leading in some capacity in our congregation. This means bringing together ministry staff, Leadership Team, Home Group and other ministry leaders for a monthly "huddle". Shepherding Meeting is about caring for one another as leaders, praying together, ensuring that we are on God's mission, and looking for ways to grow as we lead others.
