Shane was born and raised in Coquitlam, BC. He attended Pacific Life Bible College for four years where he earned his Bachelor of Biblical Studies in pastoral ministy. Shane has been actively participating in youth ministry for the last decade. He has worked as a camp counselor, swim coach, and youth pastor. As well, he as volunteered in many ministries along the way. One of his favorites is working with Seeds of Love and Hope International Society which serves in Colombia. Shane loves taking youth there on impact trips with his wife Manuela. Ever since he started volunteering for a youth group in grade ten, Shane has felt God's calling on his life to serve the youth of wherever he is, be it Maple Ridge, Colombia, or anywhere inbetween. Shane began serving has part time Youth Pastor at Cornerstone in November 2023 .
