In II Corinthians 8:2 we learn that the churches in Macedonia discovered an important way to worship Jesus. Though it was not easy, they were committed to honoring God with their wallets. "In the midst of a very severe trial, their overflowing joy and their extreme poverty welled up in rich generosity." Later in this chapter, Paul invites the Corinthian church to also "excel in this grace of giving." (v. 7) At Cornerstone we recognize that God enables us to give and we must do so, not out of duty, but out of the delight of worshipping Him. As a result, we will experience God's supply to do God's work together.
You can give online - We have made easy to give via a secure resource called Tithe.ly through which you can give your donation online. You can even set up recurring gifts.
You can give at the worship service - An offering is taken at each Sunday gathering where cash or cheques are accepted. All cheque donations are receipted. Cash donations should be placed in an offering envelope if a receipt is required.
You can give by pre-authorized debit - This is a great way to be disciplined in giving, especially if you are often away. Forms are available from our church office or at the Info Center.
