Crafts And Caring

On November 22 a group of thirteen Cornerstone women descended on the Miller’s home.  Originally planned as a sleep-over, these ladies enjoyed a full evening of laughter, dessert, crafts, and time in God’s Word.  Beautiful Christmas centerpieces were created.  Another exciting project that emerged from this evening will bless a family in our community this Christmas.  Through our ministry partner, the WomanCare Pregnancy Centre here in Maple Ridge, our Cornerstone women have been linked with a deserving family in need. They will be collecting gifts and food hamper items to bless this family for the Christmas season.  Items can be dropped off at the church office or at the Miller’s home before December 22.  For more information or a list of suggested items you could donate please contact Sarah Chapin coordinator of Cornerstone Women at schapin@shaw.ca.
